CC Applications Refuse to Update Error Code 113

Well this is new. I have never had a problem updating lightroom or photoshop until today. None of my CC apps will update now. Running Windows 10 here if that makes any kind of difference. I cleared out my temp folder and tried again with no luck. Tried reinstalling creative cloud. Same problem. CC just updated itself in the last 24 hours I believe. Obviously this is frustrating since the latest LR update is supposed to hopefully be much better optimized. I tried the download link given in your instructions when the updater fails and installed Lightroom to find that it was the same version I had installed already. It still shows as being out of date in the CC application. It seems like it is failing to find a manifest file and that is what ultimately causes the error. that's a connection (to adobe's secured servers) error.

you should retry if it happened after download started and had progressed beyond 5%.  if it occured at the start (<= 5%), confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers.

Except I did that and followed all of the instructions. I get the dual logo image and the pong result as well. It seems that connecting to the servers shouldn't be an issue if I can do it in my web browser. Also my hosts file is completely empty of course. The only other option is to uninstall CC and reinstall it, but I am worried that I will just run into the same problem and will be left with no installed applications. So the correct answer is that there is nothing more I can do? I've tried updating for days now and keep running into the same problem. Yet CC magically update itself today! Go figure! How can CC update itself but cannot update Lightroom? Yeah that totally makes sense.

Was this issue ever resolved?  I get the same error when trying to install/update Photoshop CC and Acrobat DC using the Creative Cloud desktop app. My install log is very similar indicating the 'manifest file cannot be downloaded'.  This error happens after quite a few files have already been downloaded,and extracted so I know it's connecting.

I gave my IT department the 'Creative_Cloud_for_enterprise_Service_Endpoints.pdf'.  They are telling me they've added exceptions for all the addresses in the list, but I am still having the problem.

I see the two logos so I have access to the activation servers.

I get the pong response.

My host file is clean.

The GlobalSign Root CA certificate is installed and enabled.

I was able to re-install both programs using the direct install links, but they are not the most current versions...and for days now I haven't been able to update.  This is simply a work-around.  Until this week the Creative Cloud app has functioned beautifully.

I have a monthly subscription to CC on a Windows PC running Windows 7 Professional.
