CC Desktop Menu Bar Icon not displaying correctly Big Sur

Since updating to OSX Big Sur, the Creative Cloud Desktop app icon in the menu bar is stuck in this psuedo dark/white bordered style. This does not change if you are in Dark mode or not. I'm typically running in Light Mode during the day, and have attached a screenshot of the current state.

I just went through a comprehensive re-move / re-install of the CCD app to sort out some unrelated issues and it didn't have any bearing on if this worked correctly, so there's clearly a bug at the core.
