Cc install error !!!

I purchased cc (for my pc) 3 days ago and it won't install!!!! I've read through old topics and tried the cc cleaner, deactivating my firewall 😕 etc I can't rename the file as when I go into c/program files x86/adobe the file isn't there! When I download (for the millionth time!!!) it says the same thing error 207 the server is not responding currently. Yet I've downloaded other things with no issues!!! Need help asap please before my laptop gets thrown out the window !!

KelsieLC it appears the download was canceled.  You will want to verify you have configured any installed software firewalls to allow the Creative Cloud Desktop application to download.

KelsieLC you may want to temporarily disable your security software.  I would recommend verifying you have closed any open web browsers as well to reduce your vulnerability.  You can find details on how to install through the Creative Cloud Desktop application at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.

KelsieLC are you on a managed network?  Is there a hardware firewall in place that maybe be blocking the request?  How do you connect this computer to the Internet?
