Hi,

I'm having an issue in Adobe Creative. The libraries sync is having error every 2-3 secs which keeps the computer busy and the the mouse indicates that there is a process is going on. The attached screenshot shows that the libraries are not syncing and the error pops up every 2-3 secs then disappear in a blink of eye.

Please fix this bug in a new update.

Thanks!

    Hi Everyone,

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have pushed an update, which will fix the issue. In case your system has not got the update and the problem persists, just sign-out and sign-in back in Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App. This will force the update.

    Thanks

I have the same problem, but I can't install that update. It gets stuck at 20.2% and I didn't find a solution for it. Is that a separate subject or can you help me with it?

I solved the problem by uninstalling CC Libraries as described here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.html

Still can't get this to work even after having Adobe remote in. Soooooooo frustrating.

Still having the same issues here. If Libraries are not reliable, they can't be used at all.

Just wanted to add I have the same problem. And opening the Libraries panel in any CC app shows the same issue.

Interestingly, on my laptop, everything is working as it should since the update. The only difference I can detect between it and my main PC which has the problems is that on my main PC I had (in the previous version of the Cloud Desktop App) changed the location of the Libraries sync folder. May be a coincidence but mentioning in case that's the same with anyone else having the same problem.

Shut the CC DTA down. Set it to Not start with the system. You do not need it running to use whatever Adobe programs you have installed.

    Hi,

Sorry to hear that. To further diagnose the problem we would like to have access to the CC Library Process logs on your PC. I can help you out to get them across to Adobe for quick diagnose. Here is the link you can follow:
