CC, PS, LR install error code 87 on Windows 10

Hi,

I'm running Windows 10 64bit.

I've tried every suggestion across this forum and cant install CC, PS or LR. I get the error 87.

The PDapp log file shows the following:

I have run CC Cleaner to clean everything and its log file is this:

I have tried downloading the apps from a different location which downloads the full app, but still get the same error when i try to install.

I have cleared all instances of Windows Installer .exe and still get the error. I have booted in safe mode, tried new local user accounts etc etc.

Look forward to some guidance. Just bought all this software and annoyed that this error is occurring.

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

terminate all installers using task manager

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
