I have a 'Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year)' subscription but when I install and applications, it says that I have a trial version and that I can buy a license. When I launch an app, it asks me if I want to license the product or continue my trial. When I click on license and then sign-in, it says 'No Subscription Found' and 'We couldn't find an Adobe Animate (in this case) CC 2017 subscription associated with this Adobe ID.
I've double-checked my Adobe account and bank details and everything seems to have gone through fine.
I'm on Windows 10, if that helps

a. your subscription is active,
