My CS6 applications correctly working. I tried local user with administration account, CC Cleaner Tool and reinstallation things. Still didn't work. I'm using Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.

I want to use new Fuse, is there an standalone installation ?

No there isn't a standalone version of Adobe Fuse LovelyEclair.  Without a functioning Creative Cloud desktop app you will be unable to use any Creative Cloud applications.

Did you encounter any errors when creating, or installing, on the new local administrator account?  The errors will be recorded within the install log. Complete details on how to locate the install log can be found at Creative Cloud download and install errors LovelyEclair.  Please post any specific errors you discover.  The most recent installation attempts will be at the end of the file.

LovelyEclair I am unable to read the language you are utilizing for the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.  Is the Creative Cloud desktop app currently selected on the Apps tab?

If it is the Apps tab LovelyEclair then please utilize the steps listed in Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't open or shows a spinning progress wheel to resolve the current error.  If you continue to experience difficulties then I would recommend implementing the steps listed in http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html to reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app.  This includes the manual removal of the OOBE folder.

If you have any questions regarding any of the steps listed in the documents, or you have a different tab selected, then please update this discussion LovelyEclair.

Selected panel name is Assets.

I tried the methods your sent. But it didn't work. I have a few CS6 programs. Could it be that ?

Thanks for the update and clarification LovelyEclair.

The installation of Creative Suite 6 applications, unless their components have been damaged, should not affect the installation of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.  Do your Creative Suite 6 applications open successfully LovelyEclair?  In addition what version of Windows are you attempting to install the Creative Cloud desktop app on?

Please complete the steps listed in "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.  Please make sure to click and expand each of the solutions listed within the document.  If you have any questions on how to locate the OOBE folder or how to create new local administrator account then please update this discussion LovelyEclair.
