CC storage

Question

My account information tells me I have 6GB in my creative cloud storage.  I have not intentionally uploaded anything to that storage, nor do I want any of my photo or video work to be there.  How do I find out what is on Adobe's cloud server, stop synching my work to it, and hopefully delete any of my product that is there?
