CC updates to system running High Sierra

Is Adobe not updateing PSD, .AI. ID, Bridge and Acrobat anymore for anyone running High Sierra????

I upgaded to Mojave over a year ago and was without my computer for over a week during a very busy time.

I'm using a 27" iMac Retna 5k, 32mb ram.  I was bumpre up to senior level support, then enegineering. Ulitmately I was told to take it to the Genius bar.  I took it to a very very good authorized Mac repair in Baltimore.  They had the same problem When installing Mojave it wouldn't bootup at all even under safe boot.  I had to run my back-up drive to them. They had to intialize the drive and migrate High Sierra and all my files back.

So I am gun shy to install Mojave.  I haven't seen any update to the Adobe products I use everyday and am thinking Adobe does not support them anymore if running High Sierra.  Now I'm getting left in the dust. Anyone have had this same issue.  I know, contact apple, but thought I'd throw these details out there as to why I'm asking the question is Adobe supporting High Sierra users.

Photoshop Cc current version runs in Sierra, High Sierra and Mojave. Sure, one day High Sierra will be abandoned. Are you asking this because of concern for the future? Or because your apps seem out of date?

    I'm asking in concern for the future. These apps ae as up to date as Adobe will go spend like to me. I've been a CC subscriber since it started and as I said, I haven't had an update in over a year. Guess I have to call support or do some more research to see where things stand with this iMac and Adobe.

    If you believe your apps are not getting up to date, that may be something we can help with in the forum. Pick one of your apps, and tell us the exact version you have today. We can check whether it's out of date. For the future, sure, one day Adobe will drop High Sierra support. Apple work hard to keep things churning along (making it impossible to make apps to work across very old and new systems). But High Sierra isn't obsolete yet.

      As of yesterday, Catalina is the latest Apple OS to replace Mojave.  And Catalina can't support older 32-bit software.  So Adobe and other software makers have had to work like crazy to update  products for Catalina.  

       

      How old is your computer?  If it can't handle Mojave, I shudder to  think what Catalina will do to it.  Maybe it's time for a new machine.

      My aging Windows 10 workstation is still going strong.   And I have no problems running the latest CC updates.  Maybe your next box should be a PC instead of a Mac.  Just something to consider....

        This iMac is only 2 years old. You're suggesting its obsolete already? I can't afford another computer already. It's ridiculous to think Apple is changing at a rate where users' have to keep spending t keep up. This is getting to be a racket. Some suggested I get a PC. Not hardly.
