I have the phone app downloaded and my files all show up there, but when I go online to try and see them there I can't find them anywhere. What can I do to fix this?

I have an iPhoneX with iOS 12.4

I use the Adobe Draw app to create my files, and then send them to the Creative Cloud app where I can access them, but I can't access it on the online version of Creative Cloud.

I have a Mac OS X version 10.7.5

OK, thanks for the follow-up info.  You need to upgrade your computer OS.

Creative Cloud 2019 apps are available for Windows 7, Windows 10 or later, and macOS Sierra 10.12 or later.  See Creative Cloud system requirements for more details.

And if my computer is too old to update? The older version of the website used to work fine for me.

Apple provides free update to 10.13.6. You can try to get the update by contacting them OS support for Creative Cloud 2019 apps

Go through the above link > Scroll it down to MAC OS > there you can find the information and Link to Apple support : Upgrade to macOS Mojave - Official Apple Support

Or you can try with Adobe Illustrator 2015.3 version where you can get an option of Mobile creations to directly access the files

I'm using Chrome, and I tried to open it on Firefox but for whatever reason Firefox doesn't work very well on my computer. Again, my computer is really old so it doesn't really have the space to update the OS.
