My account is based in South Korea but I would like the language of the marketing and account emails to be English. I raised this issue with support but was simply told that it's not possible and cutoff from the chat. Is this really the answer?

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address.

Thanks. However, as I made clear, I don't wish to change the country associated with my ID. My ID is used in South Korea, my billing address is in South Korea. All I want is for the emails that I receive to be in English.

wow it was in 2017, and yet nothing is changed for better in 2025... how is this possible?
