Change of membership

How do I reset my programs after changing memberships from individual to the student/ teacher subscription? Do I need to uninstall the programs from my previous membership?

Hi keeneslakephotography,

As you are moving from Photoshop Subscription to Adobe CCM, you will have to install rest of the application from www.creative.adobe.com

For activating Adobe photoshop, simply launch the application and click on "License this software" and enter your Adobe Id and  it should reactivate the subscription.

I also noticed that you have purchased two Adobe Creative cloud Edu orders on the same day, please contact support to cancel one of the subscription.
