I need to change my payment method for CC from Paypal to a Debit Card but only get put through to Paypal when I go to edit payment.

Thanks for reply, but that just takes me to a page i have been to many times over the past 3 days and the chat connection is not working so that is the end you can go no further, I struggle to believe its this hard to firstly edit a payment method and secondly trying to make contact with a human being in such a large company. Someone on there twitter page recons you have to cancel the subscription and then resubscribe I was dumbfounded really I thought that's a joke surely this is amazing

Hi No it says its not available, but it worked this morning and the tweet was correct you cannot update payment on an existing subscription you have to cancel it and resubscribe!! unbelievable never come across that anywhere else so now i have a new 12mths subscription.
I agree with that person. Why is it so complicated. I have had to change all of my accounts and you are the 1st one that I can not get into the payment information to EDIT it.
You will not show me the place to go to change the information on my bank account. That account is no longer a working account.
I can't change my payment method! This is SO frustrating. There is no option to call or chat. This happened last year and you ended up using the payment that I didn't want you to use WITHOUT NOTICE because I CAN'T TALK TO ANYONE! And when I click change payment it just logs me in to paypal. How do I delete my payment?
