Changing invoice details / Adobe contact options
Is there any other option to contact Adobe, apart from phone and chat?
I've had enough struggle with Adobe customer service. I was asking for help with modifying my company details in invoices three times, and despite all my efforts and customer service ensuring everything is going to be fine - it is still WRONG. It seems like customer service just tells me that something has been changed but NOTHING has been done. It's a shame that I can't ask for a simple change... and to think that I get charged for Creative Cloud each month.
Three months have passed and NOTHING has been done with my problem, that's ridiculous. I just don't believe Adobe consultants, it's like they're talking different language and not listening to me, or deliberately lying. It's so frustrating that I can't get Adobe do a simple change!
