Hey,
I am quite frustrated.
I was looking through my bank transactions and saw an adobe creative cloud transaction there, I realized that i had forgotten to cancel the product. So I went to the website and I cancelled it but i have been charged 142 dollars for it - I thought this was a month-month payment deal that i locked into and I literally only used the product (premiere pro) once for a project and then i forgot to cancel it.
As you can imagine it is extremely frustrating for me to be charged over 200 dollars (2 months + cancel fee) for something I literally used once.
