Charges after cancelling

i cancelled creative cloud in October. Since then have been getting charged 32.15 a month. Protested it with PayPal and they denied saying I authorized it when I didn’t. Adobe won’t respond to chat requests and waited on hold for an hour with no pickup. What can I do??

Hi Rob,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums.

The subscription under this ID has already been cancelled and the last charge took place in the month of October. Since then we have not charged you.
