The chat window on my mac, when using chrome won't show any of my messages only my name.
On safari I can see my messages, but in both windows, all three of my support cases, surrounding the SAME issue are active, yet there are no replies or responses from adobe staff that I can see. They were posted between 5-6:45 pm GMT.
Is this an issue with my browsers or are responses just extremely slow.
