How do you change PS from French to English ?

Photshop is in FRENCH, HOW DO I Change IT...?????

Under the Creative Cloud Desktop Application > Gear icon > Preferences is the Application tab. There you change the Application language to English, and Photoshop will have an Install button. That installs the English Language version.

Then you open Photoshop  Edit > Preferences > Interface > UI Language. Select "English" and Restart.
