Clearing Unneeded Files from Appdata/Roaming/Adobe et. al

Hi, all...

There are numerous folders in both the roaming/adobe and local/adobe folders in my appdata folder that are from much earlier version of my apps.

As an example, the roaming/adobe folder has folders for Photoshop versions CS5.1 through CC2019.

Which, if any, of these old-app folders can be safely deleted?
