Cloud app keeps crashing

I'm running an updated Cloud app 4.7.0.400 on an imac with Mojave OS and all adobe apps are up to date.

New with this set up is that Adobe Creative Cloud app needs to fix something and freezes my entire computer and all I can do is hard-shut it down, loosing everything not saved.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
