Cloud doesn't work after reinstalling windows on new SSD with HDD as storage

I've recently purchased 8gigs of extra RAM and a new 250GB SSD. I've reinstalled windows and chose to put the boot drive on the SSD and every other program on my HDD. Everything has been going fine so far, until I wanted to install Creative Cloud again. After installing, it shows an infinite spinning wheel, without the Home/Apps/Files/Fonts/Community tabs showing either.
After closing it, it fails to restart, even when opened as administrator. I've tried reinstalling and restarting my computer many times. Also, I'm not able to remove Creative Cloud through my "Remove a Program" tab, I'm forced to do so through a Creative Cloud tool that opens a CMD window.
I'm hoping someone here can help me out, as I've spent hours online trying to find someone with a similar problem, without success.
