CLoud storage space full.. How to upgrade?

Hi there,

I found this help on how to update Cloud storage space:

But on my side, I DO NOT have this option, i only have manage plan option, that shows me this:

Can anyone help me out?

Hi Bgo.ms,

As you mentioned that you are not being able to upgrade the Creative Cloud storage for your all apps plan. Please follow the steps shared in the link for help: Upgrade your Creative Cloud storage

You got it full of files? did you erase the archive on the creative cloud web access?
