My computer had to be reset as it had a hardware failure. I can still sign into adobe creative cloud however it is not letting me download photoshop again - all I can download is a trial but I paid for creative cloud access in september. The code when I try to install it says it has already redeemed so unsure what to do?

there's no code to use. you use your adobe id/password to validate your subscription.

install the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and sign in with the adobe id tied to your subscription.
