Compatibility issues with Windows 11

Given there are only woefully 3 apps compatible with Windows 11:

You didn't read correctly. You'll find in the linked document the following:

"Apps" mean all of the Creative cloud apps are compatible execpt Aero, Animate an Dimension.

So the most of Adobes programs and apps can be used with Windows 11.

Untrue.  2023 versions of software are compatible with devices that meet minimum CPU and GPU requirements. Creative Cloud apps work on:

• Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2, 21H1;
• MacOS 13 (Ventura), 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur).

The EXCEPTIONS are older apps (pre-2023).
