Hello all,

I am currently trying to combine and compress a number of documents for my partner from 25MB down to 3MB. I attempted this once and got the document down to 4.10MB then I went back reduced the number of files to combine and compress and it then compressed it down to 4.8MB. However, when I then went to re-edit in order to reduce size further, a message appeared to say that the files were as small as they could go, but they had been recombined from original. Why can't I therefore compress files now?

You can only compress any file or group of files so much. After that they will not compress any further.

Split them up into groups that will compress down to your 3MB limit and send 2 different emails with one compress group in each email.
