Computer with CS6 Died on one of two computers. I need to install and activate CS6 Web Premium on another computer. How can I activate it on new computer?

I have Adobe Creative Suite CS6 installed on two computers. One of the two computers experienced a catastrophic failure. The hard drive is damaged and the computer will not boot. So now I only have access to CS6 on one computer. I would like to install CS6 on a new computer so that I have two working computers each with an installation of CS6. How do I do this and activate both installations? I tried calling Adobe but the only number I have to troubleshoot problems is for Creative Cloud problems only. Any way to contact a live person at Adobe would be appreciated. Any other solutions would also be appreciated..

You can contact Adobe support thru chat and they can deal with inaccessible activations to deactivate them.
