Constantly Getting Error Code: 201

I purchased Creative Cloud and after following the prompts it downloads 2% then comes up saying "Problems with download process".  It also shows Error Code: 201.  I followed all the recommendations about disabling the firewalls and had no luck. Anybody have this problem? I can't specifically remember whether I have Windows 10 or 8 so I was curious if that might be the problem??????

first, confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers.  for help with that and other common secure adobe.com connection problems read, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

next, if you can connect, clear your temp directories and use a different browser to start the download, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
