How do we actually contact support when every link takes you back to the page where you begin to filter the type of support you need?

Did you wait long enough for it to load?
It's there for me.
Sometimes the icon loads a while after the rest of the page.

Hi Jeff,
I've completed my chat/support session for today. My issue is not resolved. I hope to hear something soon from the agent that assisted me. In addition, the icon referred to above in this thread is still not present as described. I've cleared my cache, restarted my browser and still no way for me to chat with support should I need to again.

As for scrolling down, the only content below my screen capture is the footer. There is no icon on this page for me.. Hasnt been there all day.
