I am an old customer having my id   "ashokdiamonds@gmail.com" . I am looking a notice on my Lightroom for a renewal matter. So I chat with your contact person who tell me to solve this problem but still now my Lightroom had done in limit for work. Why have you done so while I am doing payment through my bank regularly.

Mine Mobile no is 9837777600/8218340335

Reply me.

Hi,

We're sorry that you are not being able to contact support.

Could you please share details about the issue you are facing? Is it regarding billing or download?

Thanks

Kanika

Exactly, the fact that software companies refuse to use e-mail makes them so much more removed from the customer, and they are making a serious mistake with that "we don't really care attitude".

I totally agree with you, and I disagree with Adobe and any other software company on this issue.

Looking at you Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Apple, Oracle, and a thousand others.

I would be in favor of forcing the issue via legislation, but all software companies give campaign contributions to all elected officials, with the basic idea of "We won't give you money, if you dare to

legislate corporate responsibility"..    That's how it is, and it is totally unfair, and I will always be against that sort of behavior.

Thanks John for your answer. Of course I had already used the link you mentionned, signed with my Adobe ID : but the Chat is not available, the phone doesn't answer (at the correct time here - GMT), and there is no mail nor HTML form...

Sorry to spam the forum...I hope that someone at Adobe Support may feel concerned by customer difficulties to reach them...
