Continue free trial but does not work

I got an option of continuation a free trial, but when I wanted to export my document it asked me to sign up for a plan. It is pretty annoying. I would have liked to know before continuation that I had to sign up. And Why give me an option, if it does not work? Anybody tried that?

And is there a way to get this trial extended as the user interface offered me?

there's nothing easy (eg, you can reformat your hd, reinstall your os and then start a trial) that you can do to correct that on the problematic computer.  you can start a trial on another computer.

here's more info (that may or may not be helpful), https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/trial-software-expired-early.html

thanks, I bought the plan, but was annoyed.  version 441 298

I opened indesign (i downloaded the trial some time ago)  and created a new project and got a notice about the trial period was finished, then i chose to continue trial version which was an option I got - , and when I finished my project and wanted to export, I got a window telling me my trial was used up and I had to buy a plan to export.

Hi Estherf8889884,

As I understand, you are getting an error for trial. Please follow steps shared in the link to get this resolved: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase

Hope this helps! Feel free to update the thread for more questions.
