Converted from individual licenses to team licenses - billing issue

In April we were contacted by an Adobe sales person telling us we needed to switch from individual licenses for Creative Cloud to team licenses with the explanation that if one of the individual license holders left our organization we would lose access to the account. We agreed with the change and were told that the individual licenses would be cancelled we would be credited for all outstanding amounts on the 3 individual licenses based on renewal date.

That has not happened. Two of the individual licenses were renewed in January - we have not been credited for those amounts. The third individual license renewed in May for a full annual amount despite the fact that we were told it was cancelled. Meanwhile we're paying the monthly fee for the 3 team licenses.

I have tried reaching out to Adobe support but can't get anyone to understand the problem. I've reached out several times to the sales person who made the change and while he assures me each time that the individual accounts will be cancelled and the amounts refunded, that has not yet happened. The finance director of the non-profit I work for is really questioning this.

Can somebody here please help me get refunds for the amounts owing to my organization?

you have to contact adobe support (which i know you've been trying), or hope an adobe staff member responds to your message.

We're a reseller from the PH and we have recently helped some our customer switch from Individual to teams and adobe gave them refunds refund. It usually takes 5-8 working days before the refund is fully processed. Hope they can respond to you soon.
