Please see attached file showing: CORE SYNC has stopped working. Below the related details. Themessage appears every 15-20 minutes. I am running WIN7. Please let me know which PC details may help finding a solution.

code "c0000005" means "ACCESS_VIOLATION". It could be a hardware problem, driver problem or
a faulty system software.

Please try re-installing the "Adobe Creative Cloud" app and see if that helps.
» Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

» Use the Creative Cloud desktop app to manage your apps and services
