COVID 19 temporary access - Student can't download CC - When he enters his university email and ID, Adobe says more information is needed. No other specifics are given.

Adobe is providing "free" access to its Creative Cloud apps only if you are in education as a teacher or student. For institutions that give students access to Creative Cloud apps through on-campus computer labs, Adobe is enabling those students to work remotely for 60 days through a temporary "at home" access.
THIS HAS TO BE SET UP THROUGH THE SCHOOL

Thanks for answering.
It is set up through the school. All other students in the class have been able to download CC and InDesign.

If this is provided through the school, then the student will have to contact the school's IT department to find out the proper procedure for accessing, downloading, and installing the programs.
Note that the program allowing remote access to programs that are normally accessed in school computer labs expires at the end of May.

I haven't been able to get a reply from the school asministrator. I thought someone else may have encountered the same problem.
Thanks.

I am sorry, Instructor 1, but only the school administrator will have information on how to log in to the CC membership that they have set up for the student. I would recommend you escalate the errors you are encountering with the educational institution the student is attending. It is very likely that other students are also missing the critical information required.

It sounds like they have not added the student as a user within the Adobe console that only the IT adminstrator will have access to. Perhaps there is a way you can escalate the situation so it gets taken of as soon as possible! Best of luck! 🙂
