Thanks for the update, Dresserc22910414.  The ability to choose the custom install location is available within the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application under the preferences.  Is the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application currently installed?  How much disk space is available on the drive/partition that contains Windows 10?

Sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean. Disk space is enough. I have 2 hard disks. The key is Creative Cloud ，PS, PR and other software I've changed to other disks in preference, but I can't change the installation directory for Creative Cloud，Because I didn't find him in the first choice. That is correct, Dresserc22910414.  The Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application must be installed on the same drive/partition that contains the operating system.  I am sorry, but you will be unable to customize the install location of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application itself.

Dresserc22910414, sorry that you are experiencing a GPUCache folder being created on the Desktop.  What operating system are you using?  Did you use the process listed in Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps to download and install the Creative Cloud applications?  What Adobe applications are currently installed on the computer?
