Creative Cloud app does not open!

When I click on the Creative Cloud Icon, a box appears and says: "Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files(x86) Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\ACC\Creative Cloud.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

Now, I have gone to the application in the program files and clicked directly on the Application exe file and got the same response.  It's right there and windows can't find it!!  I have tried the popular suggestions like: reinstall, clean out the OOBE file and restart, etc.  Still get the same warning box, can't find the exe file.  I give up.  If you have the answer, write me at:  crustyraven@gmail.com.  Thanks.
