I've been trying to install adobe CC all evening but to no avail. I download the installer, follow the instructions, watch it go through the installation process, and then when it says "opening Creative Cloud," it closes the window and nothing happens.
Creative Cloud and its supporting applications are all open in task manager and open on startup when I restart the computer, but they seem to do nothing and I am incapable of getting any kind of interface to appear on screen.
I have tried:
-Disabling all antivirus applications on my computer
-Force stopping all Adobe software prior to uninstalling CC
-Using the Adobe uninstaller (and restarting my computer before reinstalling)
-Using the Adobe repair function (again restarting my computer before reinstalling)
-Using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (again, restarting my computer before reinstalling)
-Logging in with two separate accounts on different attempts
-Deleting the OOBE and Application Manager folders
-Reading a bunch of other miscellaneous support posts that ended up not solving my problem.
My computer specifications are as follows:
OS: Windows 10
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X
GPU: GTX 1070
RAM: 64gb 3200mhz
SSD: 500gb 970 EVO
MOTHERBOARD: ASRock B450 Pro4
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Is your firewall or antivirus blocking it?
How full is the SSD?
Try using this graphics driver:

I was on the latest Game Ready driver before, but I'm downloading and installing the studio driver now.
My SSD is still mostly empty
My antivirus and firewall are completely disabled
I was able to install Premiere Pro and open it by using the Premiere Pro installer rather than the CC installer, but I still can't open the Creative Cloud app at all, which means I can't use any other CC program since the installers don't seem to work automatically for a second time.
I'll update once the driver is finished installing, but for some reason I doubt that it will be the solution.
