Creative Cloud app installation issues (Mac has Zscaler installed)

I've been working with our IT team and Zscaler reps but still can't get Adobe CC apps installed onto my macbook. What can be done to resolve this?

Are you getting any specific error message?

 

Also , check whether all the URL and Ports are enabled on Firewall :
