Creative Cloud App not working on PC

Hello, I'm trying to install/ or rather re-install the Creative Cloud app on my desktop PC.  The window says: "Enter you system password when prompted to install Creative Cloud on your computer."

 

Although I never get a prompt/window to enter any password.  Please help!

 

NOTE: I am still able to use Premiere and After Effects fine, I was trying to reinstall Photoshop (because I can't repair/fix/ or uninstall a later version) I was ultimately led to this Creative Cloud issue.  But maybe that won't even solve my photoshop problem?

Hi, you need to follow these steps 

steps 1:Close all application present on your computer 

steps 2:restart  the computer and again open creative cloud apps

I tried this too, this did not solve the problem 😞

Do you logged in as an Administrator or an user with Admin rights?

For installing programs on a PC your usually need Admin rights.

Yes, I tried that.  But I get an error message: 'The specified procedure could not be found'
