The creative cloud app is not auto starting on my Mac. It is activated in the Log In section of my Macs settings. I also not that I have two CC apps - Creative Cloud and Creative Cloud Desktop App, which seems somewhat strange. Any ideas please? Running an M1 iMac with fully uodate Sonama.
Thank you

Hi there,
Could you check if there is any Adobe related process running in the Activity monitor. If yes, then stop all the process > Restart the computer > Try launching Creative Cloud.
Let us know how it goes.
Regards,
Shivangi

Crash Handler , Crash Prcessor and Content Synchronizer were running. I stopped them and started Creative Cloud App ok. Biut then the app started ok anyway if started manually - what it does not do is start autimatically and appear in the top bar as it used to.

Was your computer ever migrated using the migration assistant? Sometimes weird issues can pop up even if not directly at the time of migration down the road. You could go down the path of re-install or using the CC Cleaner app, or I have also had success migrating to a new user account on the computer (assuming apps are installed for all users) and then things work as they should once you switch to a new user profile.

uninstall every cc app per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-mes...
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials>
if that fails, you probably have a corrupt user account. google your os and how to create a new one.
