I have purchased and used the Creative Cloud apps and they have worked fine for a couple of weeks, but then the Creative Cloud app says Installing Updates, and I have left the app open overnight to see if it was just a slow installation, but the percentage has not even reached 1%. I have found this very inconvenient because I need to use the apps almost daily.
Please try the following steps.
Quit creative cloud
Restart the machine.
Run any app, click on help and update> follow the on screen instructions.
If the problem persist
Uninstall app and then re-install
