Creative Cloud App wont initiate and start installing

HELP!

I have been added onto an existing plan and in the back end I should have access to everything and the full plan. 

I have signed in and when I click the download the creative cloud app the page opens and the green box and arrow comes up on the bottom left hand side but no installer opens.  My firewall is temporarily off and there ios no ad blocker... Please help.

Windows or Mac?

If possible. please post screenshot.

It's windows

When I follow the link once signed in I get the following errors, once when I sign in following the link in the email, the next when I try to locate the app directly on the website and the third when I have copied the setup file from another pc to try.
