Creative Cloud automatically attempts to download add-ons for Premiere Pro, but fails on error 156. I'm running OS 10.7.5. Can anyone tell me how to get around this error? Is it Adobe or my OS?

Hi Bolex16,

What is the add-on you are trying to install and version of Premiere pro ?

Also, please check Creative Cloud file sync feature is turned on, as it is mandate to install any add-on.

Thanks,

Manish Sharma

Thanks for your quick response. Transition Pak Lite, I believe. It's a freebie, apparently, for Premiere Pro CC. I am not so concerned about getting this particular download, but updates to apps also fail and I am forced to the web to download updates. That's not the way it's supposed to work, presumably.
