Hi everybody,
Anybody ran into this annoying cancellation loop when trying to cancel their membership to Creative Cloud within the first 14 days (full refund?). I only get this window asking me to read the T&C and/or contact support... Am I doing something wrong? Any staff member on this forum that can help me (my contact support here (Germany) is closed... no chatting, no calling.).

The CC was purchased 6 days ago, I have generated the refund & canceled it too. It is documented in CS Case: 0222134665.

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
if that helps, leave a message. in case it does not help, i've passed your message on to adobe staff.
