Hi,
A few weeks ago I bought only a 1 year subscription of Adobe Premiere CC 2015.
Then I was offered to update to the full Creative Cloud CC 2015 Subscripition, what I did.
Now I can download all apps of Creative Cloud but only the Trial Version of Adobe Premiere ??
I tried to deinstall Adobe Premiere, but the Creative Cloud install window allows only to install the trial version of Premiere (for 30 days).
There is an option to buy it ??
But it is, and should be included in the full Creative Cloud CC Subscription.
I guess something went wrong with the update from my Premiere subscription to the full Creative Cloud subscription.
Any ideas how to solve that ?
Furthermore I did not find any email contact address for support regarding this issue.
There was only the option of chat, phone and this forum.
Chat and Phone is only available weekdays until 5 pm.
