Creative Cloud Connection not syncing

My Creative Cloud Connection isn't syncing my files. The icon is grayed out. The sync is turned on, and I'm logged in. The service has always been a little spotty, but it hasn't worked for a number of days now. Is the service down for anyone else? Any fixes?

We apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing you. We are in the process of moving the Creative Cloud Connection application out of preview and will have the fully integrated version available by June 17th. You can access your files locally on your machine in the Creative Cloud folder or you can continue to manually upload them to our shared file storage at Creative.Adobe.com until the sync becomes available'

I too have this issue... This has to be an error on Adobe servers...

Yes, now it says:

"All regions are still unable to sync files using Creative Cloud Connection preview (desktop sync app). We are working to resolve this issue."

So, at least we know that's not us.

We are not yet in a situation to say, when it will be resolved, however we also this update:

Are you able to Login to creative.adobe.com and see the Files over there.

I am able to log in and see files in creative.adobe.com. The files haven't been updated in it for quite a while though, since it hasn't been syncing.

Ditto.

I finally worked out how to get around the upgrade error only for it to work properly for a day then i have had the greyed out icon. I've signed in and out of creative cloud connection in my system prefs and then turned sync off and back on which makes my icon black again but it doesn't actually sync my files.
