Saw another post saying they have never been more frustrated as an Adobe customer as they are now. Same feeling here.
Even when I am not actively using an Adobe product, out of the blue I get the Creative Cloud message of death .. ie computer shuts down and all active files (ie excel, word ...) are lost.
Finally uninstalled Creative Cloud. Hope this does the trick as I cannot afford to keep loosing valuable worktime for a product that is not even in use. Come on Adobe. Be better.

Can you provide some details to give us a starting point to assist you?
Which operating system are you running? Any error messages? Have you checked the Windows Event Viewer for clues?
