Creative Cloud Desktop App cannot connect on Windows 10

We have the Problem that the CC Desktop App cannot connect to the Adobe Servers on Windows 10 Machines. We have disabled the Windows Firewall and started some traces with Wireshark. It seems that the CC Desktop App not use our Proxy. If i try it in another Network without the Proxy it works. On Windows 7 Machines we don´t have the Proxy Problem. Both Machines are in the same Network.

How can i force that CC Desktop App use our Proxy?

Hi,

first thanks for all your help.

I´ve tested it today again with the newest Version (3.9.5.353). Now all works fine.

Hi,

sorry but this: "Disable authentication proxy servers. If your computer is behind an authorization proxy server, disable it. For instructions, consult your network administrator or your proxy server documentation." is no solution!

It it absolute unacceptable that software, designed for business use requires a direct internet access. there is always a proxy and most of them need a authentification! Please solve the problem in YOUR software!

It is also unacceptable, normal users have to be administrators to install updates of the cc software. No user is administrator and the software has to update itself without administration interaction!

Hi MBorowiec,

we have a proxy.pac file on a central Server. The Proxy don´t need authentication - so from this side looks Ok.

But don´t work.... If i try it without Proxy all works fine. We have tested whitelist all sites - but no success.
