Hi,
I've downloaded and installed the Creative Cloud desktop app, but it crashed within 10 seconds of opening. I've tried deleting all the files and re-installing, plus signing in and out.
I have a Macbook Pro with OS X v 10.7.5
Hi 1BigBelly,
Kindly refer : CC applications crashes immediately after launch
Please revert if the issue persists.
Thanks,
Atul Saini

I'm having the same problem but i can't solve it with these steps and there is no error message for me, so i don't even know what the problem is!
I tried everything i could: deleting all the files and re-installing, buying another plan (now i have two Premiere month-to-month- plan, none of them work and the telephone support don't let me cancel one of them), praying.......
If I don't solve this thing fast I'm going to TRY to cancel my CC signure, since i already tried and failed thanks to the telephone lady, and turn my back to adobe

Hi stefano aloise,
It seems that "Appdata" folder is hidden, we simply have to un-hide this folder.
Solution 1:
Please try :Show hidden files - Windows Help
Solution 2:
It should work.
Thanks,
Atul Saini
