creative cloud desktop app not starting

My Creative cloud desktop app is not loading or starting.  I just get a spinning wheel, a circular line animation, not the beach ball.  Almost like its not connecting to the server or its offline or something.  Any idea's?  Im trying to download a trial of Premiere Pro.
