I'm trying to install the Creative Cloud Desktop for Mac (Yosemite), and in the middle of installing/downloading, the window simply disappears. Someone is going through this? I've tried almost everything I found here on the forum. Already uninstalled the previous, tried CCCleaner, rename the folder, I disabled the Firewall .... and nothing. Any tips?
Trash Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager folders from Utilities.
Run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool.
If present select the option - Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6
(it will be listed as 10.6 on all version Mac)
Then click on Clean up selected.
Then try to install Creative Cloud desktop application :

IvanUeno I am sorry you are facing difficulty installing the Creative Cloud Desktop application. To confirm you completed the steps listed in Error: "Failed to install" | Creative Cloud Desktop? If so do you have a Library/Input Manager folder?

Hello, Jeff.
Thanks for your help.
Yes, I completed the steps of Error: "Failed to install" | Creative Cloud Desktop and simply does not install.
No, I do not have the Library/Input Manager folder.
Installed without problems some time ago, and now I can't, because the Creative Cloud Desktop stopped working and uninstalled to reinstall.
Does the problem is with the Adobe software or OSX system?

IvanUeno no I have the current version of the Creative Cloud Desktop application running on multiple Mac OS 10.10.2 computers. IvanUeno I would recommend contacting our support team directly at Contact Customer Care and referencing this discussion,
